- First Backup all data i.e Contact, Memo, Calender, etc. You can find 'Backup' menu from setting menu.
- Move important file from phone memory to memory card.
- Switch the phone off
- Remove memory card and SIM card.
- Insert Zero balanced SIM card in case of different SIM card to save SMS sending cost of Mobile tracking. In normal situation your usual SIM is ok.
- Dial *2767*8451# for Reset the passwords stored on phone along with Mobile tracker.
- Dial *2767*3855# for master reset.
- Your phone will be restarted.
- Now your phone interface has changed as it looks alike in new condition.
